Harley's from the Batman: The Animated Series cartoon show that used to air.
She was a fun chara to watch! I would feel sorry for her most of the time, since the Joker was pretty foul towards her often times.
I did this in OC while
annnd 
were with me, yesterday, I think....? DC was drawing a mad awesome looking Batman, but then OC had ejected him for some reason, so he couldn't finish it in the network window with us. And Nico was drawing hot Batman pictures herself. ~_^ Plus a real cute character of hers.
Together, Nico and I did this picture. I did the lineart and she put a heckuva nice effort into the coloring, making a vibrant and delicious looking Harley come to 2-D life. We gots to do that more often, Coco, collabs are fun!
